1 Deadlift (Climbing)
*Rounds 1,2,3 = 5 reps
*Rounds 4,5,6 = 3 Reps
*Rounds 7,8,9,10 = 1 reps
*PLEASE keep solid form and do not go up in weight if a coach tells you that you are not allowed. BIG breathe and HOLD throughout the entire lift to help keep your back flat and core tight!
